For Refinancers - I enjoy direct wholesale relationships with dozens of national, regional and private banks. We originate millions of dollars in loans for these banks. This provides me the ability to offer my clients terms far more attractive than they might find on their own. We do not advertise on the radio, on billboards, etc... we don't harass you by telephone at dinnertime.... we do no marketing at all!  All those ads you hear on the radio as you drive to work are expensive, guess who pays for them.... borrowers do!  100% of our clients are referred to us.  We're that good! In addition: you receive continued counsel and service through out the life of your loan and/or investment.

For New Clients - During the last few years, as interest rates have fallen, many "loan companies" have emerged. Consumers have been bombarded with telemarketers, billboards, direct mail and radio ads. As rates increased...these firms have gone by the wayside. Many borrowers are holding the wrong loan today. Many of these firms are (and were) "boiler room" phone bank operations ie: "Mortgage Mills". At  Kent Mortgage Corporation, our approach is quite different. Nineteen years of continued operation has shown us that one-on-one personal consulting builds consumer confidence and a strong business.

My real estate career - began in Georgia where I received my initial training in Atlanta. Upon arriving in Southern California in 1986, I specialized in So.Orange County homes, eventually expanding to beach cities, coastal properties and all of Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. I can help you purchase that ranch you've always dreamed of, that ski cabin in the mountains, a retreat in the desert or that beach house on the sand. Or all four!

An active volunteer - I have served on the board of American Housing Foundation, Orangewood Children's Home, Hillview Acres and served as Director of Development for Teen Rescue-family advocates. I'm an active volunteer at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach and also volunteer my time as a mentor to young adults interested in developing their lives and careers.
